Swiss-born Mark Stehrenberger is a car designer who lives alternately in Oxnard, CA and Montreux, Switzerland. His conceptual car illustrations have been featured in over 50 major printed and digital magazines and books worldwide. His graphic and fine artworks hang in numerous auto museums and private and corporate galleries.
Over time, Stehrenberger has also established an international reputation for cutting-edge design for concept cars, after-market car products, sports equipment, shoes, luxury wristwatch and fashion accessories, medical devices, as well as on-the-go food products. He loves to design and market fun gadget products.
Mark’s been teaching car design at renowned Art Center College of Design in Pasadena, CA, and Art Center Europe in Vevey, Switzerland, for more than 15 years. He’s taught and mentored many international students who’ve moved on to become successful designers and design chiefs at the major car manufacturers worldwide.
He’s been featured in numerous TV segments and magazine articles on four continents and has written, produced and moderated various radio and TV shows in the US and Europe on the subject of car design. He’s been a judge at Concours d’Elegances and other car events in the US and Europe.
