Steve Netkow’s 1966 Dodge Coronet Sedan 2dr Post

In 1966 Dodge made only 11 Hemi 4 spd Coronet Sedans. Only one was painted dark blue metallic and this is that car! Ordered new at a Dodge dealer in tiny Cherokee Iowa. Most likely (not proven, dealer no longer exists) ordered for 1/4 mile duty. Manual steering, manual brakes, “economy” interior and no options. Only two knobs on the dash are for wipers and lights. Compare that to a new car. Doesn’t stop or turn well but it sure goes straight fast!.– Steve Netkow
