Central Florida Street Rod Association have always wanted to do a winter car show. We felt it would give our winter residents a chance to be involved since they are not here during our Father’s Day Rod Run. So, we are giving a winter car show a try to see how it works out. ——————————————————————————————————————————————–
This year our show is being held at Sun & Fun in Lakeland the same weekend that the Classic Corvette of Orlando and the Winter Regional Corvette meet and show are being held at Sun ‘n Fun. ——————————————————————————————————————————————–
Ours is an open show for all cars, trucks and jeeps. Currently we are planning to award 13 class trophies. Trophies will be awarded at 3:30 PM. ——————————————————————————————————————————————–
A number of specialty cars will be on display at the show. There will also be music, games and door prizes. ——————————————————————————————————————————————–
All registration will take place at the gate. Registration cost is just $10/vehicle. Registration is open 7:30 AM to 2:00 PM. The show will be open from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Don’t forget to bring your hat, coat and gloves in case it snows!!! ——————————————————————————————————————————————–
