All Mopar Swap Meet, Car Corral and Cruise-In

Vendor Check-in: Friday. Noon-5:00pm, Saturday: 7:00am-9am. No Saturday drive-in unloading permitted after 8:00am. Drive-in loading begins at 3:30pm. Building must be vacated by 6:00pm Saturday.

Security: TheOhio State Patrol are onsite 24 hours a day and will be monitoring the facility

Spectator Admission: $10.00 (9:00am-1:00pm). FREE ADMISSIONFOR ALL AFTER 1:00pm. Special Needs and Children under 12 always free.

Parking: Fair grounds parking is $7.00 per each entry. Fridayarrivals must inform the parking gate that you are delivering to the Rhodes Building and you will not be charged. Free overnight trailer parking is available.

Indoor Swap Meet: $45.00 10’x20’

Outdoor Swap Meet: $45.00 20’x20’

Indoor Car Corral: $45.00 10’x20’

Outdoor Car Corral: $20.00 10’x20’

Outdoor Cruise-in: FREE with paidspectator admission.

CarCorral and Swap Meet entry includes one (1) adult admission per space.

Midway: Premium mainaisle spots for non-automotive commercial vendors. Must be reserved in advance.10’x10’ $100.00.

Commercialentry includes two (2) adult admissions per space.

8’ Tables $10.00 each in advance, $15.00at the event.

AdditionalHelper: $15.00 each. Required for anyone in attendance during Friday check-inor Saturday before 9:00am.
