Wings & Wheels-A Georgetown Fall Festival is brought to you by the Greater Georgetown Chamber of Commerce, Delaware Aviation Museum and Wheels That Heal Car Club. The popular Sussex County event on Saturday features a fly-in of WWII-era and other vintage aircraft, a huge classic car show (featuring over 300 cars), all-day live entertainment, and various craft & food vendors. The festival also includes WWII encampments & re-enactors and a special “living history” program, which for the past two-years has honored not only local Sussex County WWII veterans, but also one of the last remaining member of the legendary Doolittle Raiders. Car show awards at 3pm, first 300 cars registered receive a dash plaque, plus 60 trophies to the Top Cars and 1 Best of Show award.
