Event Benefits:  Medical, rehab andadaptive sports expenses to help in Logan Smith’s recovery.  October 2016, Logan was involved in anautomobile accident on his way home from school.  His vehicle hydroplaned on a slick road inDublin and plunged 35 feet down an embankment and landed on rocks which compressedthe roof of the vehicle and rendered him motionless and trapped in the vehiclefor almost an hour.  A town workerpassing by noticed a damaged tree and stopped. He found Logan pinned in a very small space, drifting in and out ofconsciousness.  Logan was diagnosed witha “C6/C7 complete” – in other words he has been diagnosed as a quadriplegic whowould never do anything below the injury.
