Rev up your engines, the Turkey Creek Car & Motorcycle Show is Saturday, Sept. 14. You won’t want to miss this event!

What: More than 250 classic cars, hot rods, street rods, antique cars, trucks, and custom motorcycles; Activities include music, door prizes, and concessions.

When: Saturday, Sept. 14 from 10 a.m.-4:30 p.m.

Where: Merriam Marketplace, 5740 Merriam Drive

Cost: The car show is free for spectators and $20 per preregistered car. 

The grand prize drawing is a $4,000 gift certificate. Participants under 25 years old are eligible for the “Young Gun Award” – a $500 gift certificate. There are more 60 awards handed out, including “Motoring Memories.”  Submit your car story in 500 words or less by Aug. 31. The winner will be featured in the next Car Show Calendar.
