This year will be Southern Cruisers 25th annual car show and we are planning an exceptional celebration. For the past 25 years we have operated as a Christian non-profit charity providing financial help to area families. We received out 501(c)3 status in 2010. Our major charity person for 2016 will be announced in January.
Our past few car shows have averaged 200 to 225 vehicles making our show one of the largest in southeast Georgia. This is an “open class” show meaning all vehicles compete in the same open class. We award 50 trophies to the “TOP 50” plus a “BEST OF SHOW” trophy. There are also an additional 15 to 20 trophies awarded in the “SPECIALTY CLASS.” These are: BEST GM, BEST FORD, BEST INTERIOR, BEST MOTOR, BEST TRACTOR, BEST MOTORCYCLE, etc.
Judging is done by a select group of Southern Cruiser members. Vehicles owned by Southern Cruiser members are on display, but are not entered in competition and are not eligible to win a trophy.
Space for Vendor booths and interesting car-related static displays are available. We also have a FOR SALE area if you are looking for your next project. Don’t forget to bring your Valve Cover Racer.
