11:00 am – 4:00 pm – Southern style barbecue cookout for Show, Shine, Shag & Dine and East Coast Drag Times Hall of Fame guests. $12.00 cover charge per plate.
Location: Satterwhite Point Park, Kerr Lake. I-85, exit 217, follow signs.Host & Sponsor: Vance County Tourism Dept.
7:00 pm – 10:00 pm – Host Motels Receptions (for their guests) – Baymont Inn, Hampton Inn, Red Roof Inn Plus, Sleep Inn and Quality Inn.
7:00 pm – 10:00 pm – Cruise around town on your own or visit the Raleigh Road Drive In Theater.
SATURDAY, October 15 – 15th Annual Car Show
7:30 am – 11:00 am – Registration for 1976 and older antique, classic, muscle car and nostalgia drag cars on Winder St. Judged cars $25.00, Non-judged $20.00. Dash plaques to the first 300 cars.
7:30 am – 4:30 pm – Show & Shine, awards, entertainment by “The Seaside Band”, food and misc. vendors and DJ Cliff Cox. Legendary drag racers, antique & classic car collectors, writers, photographers,track operators and fans reunite for a weekend full of cruising, bench racing, scrapbook viewing and a trip down memory lane.

SUNDAY, October 16 – East Coast Drag Times Hall of Fame & Reunion
10:00 am – 12:00 pm – Annual reunion. Meet drag race icons that participated in the sport of drag racing during the 50’s, 60’s, & 70’s. Drag cars on display, scrapbook viewing,bench racing and autograph signing. Open to the public, everyone is invited to attend. No admission fee.
12:00 pm – 3:00 pm – East Coast Drag Times Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony and awards presentation. Master of Ceremony, Bret Kepner.
3:00 pm – 3:30 pm – Photo session.
