Celebrate Mothers’ Day by running in the Show-Me Corvair Club’s second annual spring rally on Saturday, May 7. Starting Point will be at White Castle, 13600 Manchester Road (63131) at the corner of Barrett Station Road. Registration begins at 8:00 a. m., and the first car jumps off the line at 9:00. Early registration donation is $10, but increases to $20 on rally day. All proceeds will benefit the St. Louis USO. Registration donations are not refundable; event is rain or shine. The route will be a challenging blend of urban driving and country cruising, interspersed with historic homes and great scenery. Plan on 80 miles of urban and country driving with a surprise end point.
The total length of the rally will be about 80 miles over two hours. Trophies will be awarded for time closest to the official time and mileage closest to the official mileage. Plus there will be an award for the highest score on a quiz about points of interest along the route. All paid registrations will get a dash plaque. ——————————————————————————————————————————————–
