Our show is always held the weekend after Labor Day. Our show dates this year are September 10 & 11, 2016. Our registration fees are $45.00 until August 1st. After the deadline date, the registration fee is $50.00.
• Friday, September 9, 2016 – – Pre-Registered Participants may come in, pick up their packets, T-Shirts and stake their spots from 8:00am to 4:00pm. New participants may come register and stake their spots when registration is complete. Don’t forget the slow drags at the Port of Ilwaco from 4:00pm to dark.
• Saturday, September 10, 2016 – – All Gates, Registration, T-Shirt, Vendor and Auto Swap Meet Booths will open at 8:00am. Our Participants Continental Breakfast, Music by DJ, Door Prizes, 50/50 ticket sales and Engine Raffle Ticket Sales all start at 8:00am. At 9:00am Show & Shine begins and Registration for the Poker Run will begin at 9:00am as well. Our Brick-It ticket sales start at 9:00am when the time comes, we will run it until the engine seizes. We will have two days of 50/50 drawings so Saturday they will draw the winning ticket at 3:00pm, just in time for the Cruise line up that begins at 4:00pm.
• Sunday, September 11, 2016 – – All Gates, Registration, T-Shirt, Vendor and Auto Swap Meet Booths will open at 8:00am. Our Music by DJ, Door Prizes, 50/50 ticket sales and Engine Raffle Ticket Sales all start at 8:00am. Our Poker Run begins at 9:00am. The Participant Seafood Picnic starts at 11:30am and ends at 2:00pm. Our 50/50 and Engine Raffle Ticket Sales end at 1:00pm and the drawings will be right before the Trophy Presentation Awards that starts at 2:00pm.
As usual, we have our T-Shirt booth open both days for participants and spectators, while supplies last. You will also be able to find some great merchandise in our Nostalgia booth from previous years gone by. We will have our Door Prizes and 50/50 Raffle drawings on both days this year, so make sure to get new tickets each day. We will also have a few surprises this year folks.
