The Swap Meet at Rhinebeck has been a favorite among car collectors from all over the Northeast for years. Our objective is to make this the most vendor friendly Swap Meet around. There are a large amount of Swap Spaces at Rhinebeck both Outside and Inside that consist of four large well lighted buildings. New vendors are welcome but get your registration in early. All vendors MUST have a New York State Tax Number to participate in any NY swap meet and Rhinebeck is no exception. Our long time vendors tell us that Rhinebeck is one of their favorite shows. Each year thousands of spectators come to Rhinebeck so if you have auto related items or services to sell, complete and return the form by April 15th. If you want to keep your current spaces we MUST receive your registration by April 15th. To keep set up smooth, all vendors are required to pre-register. 10 X 30 foot outdoor spaces cost $50 and 10 X 20 foot indoor spaces are $75. Vendor set up begins at about 11:00 AM on Friday and continues until dusk.
Remember Show Opens @ 12:00 Noon on Friday the Swap Meet is open to Paid Spectators. ———–
