SUNDAY, April 3, 2016,(***RAIN DATE April 17***) our Formula SAE team will be hosting a car show at the Purdue University Calumet campus! All cars, trucks, and bikes are welcome and we will also be displaying our car! Registration will open at 9am for $15 or you will be able to pre-register for $10 by contacting us at fsae@purduecal.edu (be sure to include your name and what car you wish to enter)! All proceeds from this event will go towards any spare parts that we may need for competition in May. This is the Purdue University Calumet Spring Auto Show taking place on campus. The registration is $15 at the door and $10 pre-registration Spectators are free. All vehicles are welcome including trucks/SUV’s and motorcycles. Registration starts at 9am and the show begins at 11am. Awards are at 2pm. There will be 10 classes in total varying from classics, modern, modified, trucks, bikes, etc. A raffle will be done prior to the awards.The profits will go to PUC Motorsports Formula SAE team who is using the profits to build a small formula-one style race car. They will be using the car for an international competition in Detroit this coming May.
