Further, each entrant expressly agrees to indemnify all of the forgoing entities, firms, persons and bodies of and from any and all liability occasioned or resulting from the conduct of entrants of any participant assisting or cooperating with the entrant under direction or control of entrant. All Awards Winners must be Present at Awards Presentation and Present Positive Identification or Awards will be forfeited. I agree to allow pictures of myself and/or my vehicle to be used in the publicity and advertising of this event. I also certify that I am of legal age of majority and my vehicle is properly insured to meet legal requirements of liability in the State of Nevada.
