SATURDAY, Feb. 4, 2017 – The Anchor Club, parent organization for the Apache Junction High School Navy Junior Reserve Officer Training Corps, is hosting their annual Navy JROTC Benefit Car & Motorcycle Show on Saturday, February 4, 2017 from 10:00am to 2:00pm. Anyone wishing to display their vehicle can register between 8-10:00am for $25 the day of the show or for the first 100 participants to preregister, they will receive a goody bag and the event is FREE for spectators. This local event, held in the south parking lot at the Apache Junction High School, 2525 S Ironwood Drive in Apache Junction, attracts quality participants from car clubs as well as individual car and motorcycle enthusiasts. Last year more than 160 participants and several thousand spectators were drawn to the show.
All proceeds benefit the NJROTC program for their educational trips, training and local, state and national championship competitions throughout the year. Some activities include live auctions, music, 50/50 raffle, breakfast/lunch for purchase and awards for different class of vehicles. ———————————————————————————————————————————————
