100% of all proceeds from this year’s event will be directly benefitting our chosen local nonprofit, Ryan Bartel Foundation. The Ryan Bartel Foundation provides resilience-based programs for teens and families to help young people develop the tools, strategies and insights necessary to cope with the challenges of adolescence, so that no teen ever considers suicide as a solution to their pain. 

Car Show Contestant Registration Information:

If registering as part of a group, all vehicles must still be registered separately.  Groups should arrive together, as we will do our best to accommodate group parking, but saving spaces is not permitted. 

Event Schedule:

11:00AM: Gates open for Car Show Contestants ONLY

11:55AM: On-site registration ends

12:00PM: Gates open for festival-goers

2:00PM: Car Show Voting Concludes

2:30PM: Car Show Winners are announced & Raffles are drawn

3:00PM: Event Concludes
