★★★Port Royal Speedway, a half-mile (0.80 km) dirt racetrack located in Port Royal, Juniata County, Pennsylvania, USA, first opened its gates on September 10, 1938. 

Like many American tracks, it ceased operations during World War II from 1941 to 1945, resuming in 1946. Known as “The Speed Palace,” Port Royal Speedway presents a regular lineup of local Sprint Car, Late Model, and Pro-Stock dirt track races. It also welcomes several national touring series each season, such as the World of Outlaws Late Model Series and the All-Star Circuit of Champions. The speedway serves as a prominent venue in Juniata County Fair.
