Led by sponsors: Parmer Automotive & Towing, J&R Auto Supply, Tinker’s Machine Shop, Longhorn Trailers and A&R Collision, Classics Round the Square brings hundreds of beautiful antique cars to the Rains County Courthouse Square every year on the second Saturday in September.
Cars must be a 1987 model or older to participate. Entries are often $20 per car and awards are given for Best Paint, Best of Show, Best Engine, Best Interior and Best Street Driven.
This is a fun-filled event for the whole family. Cars line the square and spill over into other areas. This event usually falls on the last Saturday of the Rains County Fair which adds more fun and attractions during the day. Food vendors are also on hand.
