SATURDAY, April 22, 2017 – Rain Date: April 29nd 2017 8:30am – 3:00pm – The 4th Annual Asbury Community Car Show is an open show in Madison, AL. The show serves as a community outreach program in support of local ministries including the Asbury Oil Change ministry and the Vega’s Water Filter Ministry in Panama. The Asbury Oil Change ministry provides oil changes, routine maintenance and basic auto repair to elderly, low income and spouses of deployed service personnel.
In past years the show has averaged 130 cars and raised over $2500 per show. The show is open to all cars, trucks, motorcycles and even boats and planes. Trophies awarded for 1st, 2nd, 3rd place in these classes: 1940-older, 1941-1960, 1961-1990, 1991-newer. 1st and 2nd place trophies for Favorite Motorcycle, Favorite Truck, and Kids Choice. Trophies awarded Furthest Traveled, Best Club Participation, Dog of the Show, and Overall Favorite. ———————————————————————————————————————————————
Cost is $20 per entry. All entries will receive a free Asbury Car Show T-shirt. If you pre-register, you get to pick your t-shirt size. Each entry will get tickets for a chance at our many door prizes. We have 22 Trophies to be awarded. Voting is done by spectators. Spectator admission is FREE. There is a Kids Zone with blowups and FREE Lunch for ALL in attendance. The show is 8AM to 3PM Saturday April 22, 2017 @ Asbury United Methodist Church, 980 Hughes Rd. Madison, AL 35758. The rain date is Saturday April 29th, 2017.
Show Car parking is on hard pavement with plenty of space. Parking for trailers available on-site. Plenty of spectator parking available. ———————————————————————————————————————————————
