The Virginia Camaro Club proudly presents its Seventh Annual All Camaro & Firebird Charity Car Show benefiting various charities. Our selected charity for this event is the Alzheimer’s Association, a registered 501(c)(3) organization. To learn more about the organization, please visit http://www.alz.org.
The All Camaro & Firebird Charity Car Show will be held on May 6, 2017, from 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM at The Fredericksburg Classic Car Center, located on Lee Hill Drive in Fredericksburg, VA. Please join us in helping out our community by registering as a sponsor. Our sponsorship levels include:
Gold Level ($500)
Sponsor name and logo to appear on event-related material to include: Sponsor name and logo (approx. 6 ½ inches wide) on Sponsor Recognition banners/posters displayed throughout the event grounds
Sponsor recognition announced throughout the event and during the Local Charity Donation Presentation following the awards ceremony
Distribution of any brochures and/or marketing materials during the event
Sponsor name and logo (provided by the Sponsor) on Virginia Camaro Club Facebook page and website with link to sponsor site – website sponsor name and logo will remain on the club’s website for a year
Booth area to set up product display during the event

Silver Level ($250)
Sponsor name and logo to appear on event-related material to include: Sponsor name and logo (approx. 4 ½ inches wide) on Sponsor Recognition banners/posters displayed throughout the event grounds
Sponsor recognition announced throughout the event and during the Local Charity Donation Presentation following the awards ceremony

Bronze Level ($100)
Sponsor name and logo to appear on event-related material. To include Sponsor name and logo (approx. 3 ½ inches wide) on Sponsor Recognition banners/posters displayed throughout the event grounds
