SUNDAY, June 19, 2016 – The 28th Annual Litchfield Bug In will be held on Fathers Day, Sunday, June 19. The location is the Harwinton Fairgrounds, 150 Locust Road in Harwinton, Connecticut. The show is open to all VWs, both aircooled and watercooled VWs, with over 40 classes of competition if you wish to compete for one of 100 plus awards. We also have best of awards and best of show awards. A big swap meet with new and used parts, nice modern restrooms with attendants, and food available all day add to the event. Camping is available the night before the show at a modest fee. Camping grounds open at noon on Saturday. Hot showers available for campers. On Saturday, June 18 the night before the show we have our annual Bug In Bash. This starts around 6:30 and it is an informal social event. Free food and lots of VW people to mingle with.
