One of the most important things to have happen each year is for everyone to attend the Gathering. We also need attendance plans as soon as possible. This needs to happen for quite a few reasons. Some of them include: figuring numbers of people for lunch, dinner and facilities; amounts of food and drink; accommodations for some of the events and so on.
It is very important to know who is coming and how many so that we can be prepared. The sooner you respond, the better, but please make it absolutely no later than August 20th.
This is the main event! Please bring your car, if you can! If you can’t drive it, trailer it. If it’s in pieces in boxes, bring the boxes. We’ll assemble it here!
