Over the years, Myrtle Beach Speedway has been the training grounds for some of NASCAR’s biggest stars including Dale Earnhardt Jr. and Jeff Gordon. All four generations of Pettys and three generations of Earnhardts have taken a green flag around the asphalt oval that spans 0.538 miles. This weekend’s events culminates in the 100 lap Limited Late Model Race and 200 lap Late Model Stock Car Race.
