June 10th, 2016 Friday evening.
5:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. outside/inside Buffet, music and more. The buffet will be held at the Newport News Holiday Inn & Suites
5:30 p.m. Welcome members and club announcements, music.
6:00 p.m. Dinner will be served Buffet style.
7:30 pm Concours class & judges meeting… See John Roberts.
8:00 p.m.. Truck club party ends, Cruise if you will… ——————————————————————————————————————————————–
June 11th, 2016 Saturday Morning.
9:00 a.m. – Truck Show at Holiday Inn & Suites, in the parking lot. Concours class judged trucks should be ready by 10:00 a.m.
10:00 a.m. Truck Show begins, check-in and late registry. Concours judging class begins truck owners will drive their trucks up to the inspection station to be judged by John Roberts.
12:00 p.m. End of truck registration, Non-Concours Judging begins.
1:00 p.m. Judging ends, special events, prizes, give-a-ways and 2:15 p.m. Club Auction, give-a-ways
3:45 p.m. – Trophy Presentation, final announcements and our 50/50 drawing,
4:30 p.m. Show ends, group photo
June 11th, 2016 Saturday Night
6:30 p.m. Saturday night members meet back at the Holiday Inn Hotel & Suites, in Newport News, VA. , 6:45 p.m. Open for cruise. ——————————————————————————————————————————————–
