The American MGC Register was founded by Tom Boscarino to enable owners of the MGC to be in contact with and in support of each other. This purpose was accomplished through his regular newsletter C’Notes, regalia and an annual meeting. The first C’Notes was published in April 1980 with a typewriter and a mimograph machine.
