Betty Lou Parrish is a Tennessee High School student who is passionate about vehicle restoration and is paving the way for young women in the restoration industry. She is part of the RPM Foundation’s network and worked with mentor Kayleigh Andrews from LaVine Restorations where she has been offered a summer internship and full time employment upon graduation. Fresh off a Spring Break trip with her grandfather, who helps her learn automotive restoration, where they visited restoration shops and museum. She and her grandfather have more trips planned this summer.
