James Roe is a 21-year-old, F3 Americas racer from Ireland. He started racing as a child and amassed podium finishes and record-breaking results. In the Ginetta class, he earned four victories and pole positions and broke the junior lap record at Ireland’s famed Mondello Park. He’s raced in the Irish Supercar RT2000, Formula Ford 1600, and today in the F3 Americas. While racing Formula Ford, James set a yet-unbroken lap record previously held by Formula One racer David Coulthard. James was nominated for the ‘Irish Young Racing Driver of the Year’ award and he has been named the Motorsport Ireland/Dunlop, Irish Sports Council Young Racing Driver of the Month. He was also selected for the inaugural ‘Irish Motor Racing Academy, Team Ireland’.
